Trainer & Instructor Brandon Monin: Professionally, Brandon is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) by the National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), and he is a certified Golf Fitness Instructor (CGFI) by the Titleist Performance Institute (TPI).

Brandon was the strength and conditioning coach for Gannon University's wrestling team and specializes in evaluating and designing programs for golfers, and athletes participating in lacrosse, soccer, basketball, hockey, football, baseball, softball and/or volleyball. Through his advanced formal education and hands-on experience, he is trained to study sport movement and analyze the performance needs for athletes of any sport, level, and age.
